Group Workshops
Group Workshops for primary, secondary, and university students as well as recent graduates are offered either as one-off individual workshops around a specific topic, or as a series of sessions building up a key theme to develop and embed skills over time. Workshops introduce a concept, but are interactive and experiential; including both individual or group exercises and reflective work. All workshops are tailored to be age appropriate.
Group workshops are also offered for parents or educators so that they can better support young people develop these skills.
Broad workshop themes include: Understanding ourselves and our values; Building a good relationship with ourselves; The power of our thoughts (helpful and unhelpful thoughts), Self-talk and why it’s important; Being authentic; Reflective Tools, Gratitude Work; Improving our focus and attention
Broad workshop themes include: Teamwork, Empathy Skills and Understanding Others, Building Rapport; Building and maintaining healthy relationships, What makes a good friend; Setting Boundaries, Roles we play, and how we relate to others, Conflict Resolution; Building Trust and Kindness.
Broad workshop themes include: Clear communication; Expressing ourselves; Active listening & Interrupting, Productive Questioning; Non-violent communication; Negotiation Skills, Public Speaking; Constructing a convincing argument; Communicating with Kindness; Communicating via social media; Interview techniques.
Broad workshop themes include: Planning and organisation skills; Time management and prioritisation; Goal Setting and Achievement; Short and Long Term Goals; Becoming more independent; Learning from mistakes; Future visioning; Managing change and transition.
Broad workshop themes include: High performance strategies; Self-Care; Building Mental Strength; Growth Mindset; Sleep; Stress Management and Calming Strategies; Dealing with Big Emotions; Dealing with Disappointment; Emotional Intelligence, Assertiveness and Self-Advocacy.

Group Workshops are based on evidence-based research from the worlds of psychology, coaching and neuroscience and including bespoke The Life Smarts workshops, as well as material from The Other Subject coaching programme, a collection of accredited coaching programmes developed by some of the UK’s leading school coaches to help school pupils thrive mentally, emotionally, physically and academically.
